Responsibilities- Nursing Coordination:
Direct nursing activities and guide staff to maintain safe and efficient care. - Care Planning:
Assist in developing and updating treatment plans that support individual needs. - Health Monitoring:
Observe health changes and report important findings to the appropriate medical staff. - Team Communication:
Share essential information with coworkers to support smooth daily operations. - Emergency Response:
Carry out emergency procedures and support individuals during urgent situations. - Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Full‑time employment.
- Shift options:
- 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
- 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM)
- 3rd shift (10:15 PM to 6:15 AM)
- Rotating break days with alternate weekend off.
- Overtime and travel as needed.

- No telework option for this position.
- Starting annual salary of $88,982.00 (before taxes) for new employees within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- Employees with an active temporary practice permit must obtain a Registered Nurse license within one year as defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- PA residency requirement is currently waived.
- Applicants who are within 60 days of graduating from an approved nursing school must provide proof of a current, valid PA temporary practice permit or PA Registered Nurse license.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. Conditional offer of employment will require satisfactory criminal history reports, including PA State Police and FBI clearance.
- Conditional offer of employment will require completion of a medical examination and a drug screening test.
