• Nursing Coordination:
  Direct nursing activities and guide staff to maintain safe and efficient care.
• Care Planning:
  Assist in developing and updating treatment plans that support individual needs.

• Full‑time employment.
• Shift options:
  • 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
  • 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM)
  • 3rd shift (10:15 PM to 6:15 AM)
• Rotating break days with alternate weekend off.
• Overtime and travel as needed.

• Starting annual salary of $88,982.00 (before taxes) for new employees within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

• Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Employees with an active temporary practice permit must obtain a Registered Nurse license within one year as defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
• PA residency requirement is currently waived.
• Applicants who are within 60 days of graduating from an approved nursing school must provide proof of a current, valid PA temporary practice permit or PA Registered Nurse license.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.

• Position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. Conditional offer of employment will require satisfactory criminal history reports, including PA State Police and FBI clearance.
• Conditional offer of employment will require completion of a medical examination and a drug screening test.
