LPN Clinical Supervisor (full‑time position) reports into our Administrative office in Cabot, PA.

• Licensed in PA as a Practical Nurse
• +1 year post‑licensure experience (supervisory experience recommended)

• Skilled in managing clinical standards while supporting individual growth

• Supervise and support a team of clinicians (e.g., therapists, nurses, case managers)
• Provide regular clinical supervision and case consultations

• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
