• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation according to Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
• Perform injections.

  Girard
• Target weekly hours:
  Week 1 – 14 hours, Week 2 – 20 hours
• Proposed scheduled:
  • Week 1:
    Saturday Girard 7am-2pm, Sunday Chester 7am-2pm
  • Week 2:
    Saturday Girard 7am-2pm, Sunday Chester 7am-2pm, Tuesday Norristown 1pm-7pm

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in.
• DEA licensure in the state of the center.
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.
