Day, Evening, and Night shifts (highly flexible rotation)
About the RoleWe are looking for experienced, adaptable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our travel team. The role involves providing high‑quality patient care across a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, long‑term care, and rehabilitation centers. You will need to be flexible with day, evening, and night shifts and able to quickly adapt to new team dynamics and protocols.

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor, document, and report changes in patient conditions
- Assist RNs and physicians with clinical procedures and wound care
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and maintain high standards of care
- Adapt quickly to different facility protocols, charting systems, and team structures
- Minimum of 1–2 years of active LPN experience (Long‑Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care preferred; prior travel nursing is a major plus)
- Active LPN license in the state of employment or an active Compact/Multi‑State LPN License
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the AHA
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a resilient, positive attitude when adapting to new environments
