Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice – Luzerne, Pennsylvania

Hours:

40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts in an ongoing staff role.

• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care to hospice patients in their homes.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end‑of‑life care planning.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the end‑of‑life journey.
• Work independently with an interdisciplinary team and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation.
• Travel within an assigned territory, dedicating up to 20% of the day to patient visits.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum two years RN experience, with hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive approximately 20% of work time.
• Compliance with a background check that includes a drug screen.
