We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide part‑time day shifts at our facility.

• Provide high-quality care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Participate in training and education programs to stay current with industry best practices.
• May be asked to float to other areas of the facility as needed.
