Manager Nursing and Patient Care Services

Lehigh Valley Health Network seeks a Manager, Nursing and Patient Care Services to lead clinical operations on an inpatient unit. In this role you will oversee daily patient care delivery, staffing, and resource allocation while ensuring safe, evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance. You will coach and develop nurses, foster a collaborative, patient-first culture, and partner with physicians and interprofessional teams to improve care quality, patient experience, and outcomes.

The manager will use data to drive performance, support accreditation readiness, champion process improvements, and mentor emerging nurse leaders across the network.
