Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care and infusion therapy in patients' homes. The RN will assess patients, implement and evaluate care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
Candidate must hold PA RN licensure (or multi-state via eNLC) and have at least 1 year of acute care/IV experience. CPR certification and valid driver's license are preferred as part of the role.
