GMP Cleaning Associate - Contract - King of Prussia, PA

Are you ready to turn precision into progress and play a key role in shaping the future of pharmaceutical innovation?

Proclinical is seeking a GMP Cleaning Associate to support the cleaning and maintenance of production labs and warehouse areas in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

This role involves conducting GMP cleaning operations, adhering to established procedures, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The position may require off‑shift hours, including night work, and availability every other weekend.

Skills & Requirements
  • Experience in sterile or GMP cleaning operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cGMPs, regulatory guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and GMP requirements.
  • Proficiency in systems such as SAP‑MERPS, VQD, Syncade, and Microsoft software packages.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality‑compliance mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning operations in production labs and warehouse areas following site procedures and cGMP standards.
  • Adhere to all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) procedures, standards, and PPE requirements.
  • Report incidents, accidents, or EHS concerns promptly and participate in safety sessions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in assigned areas, ensuring compliance with 5S principles.
  • Document cleaning tasks accurately and ensure proper procurement of materials.
  • Interact professionally with team members and other staff.
  • Follow GMP procedures and report any abnormalities or adverse events in a timely manner.
  • Ensure on‑time attendance and adherence to cleaning schedules.
