Quality Assurance Technician – Clinton, PA

Haemonetics is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to support Device History Records, Product Release, Product Audit, Environmental Testing, and other special projects in its Center of Excellence. The working schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30pm–7:00am.

• Accurately and promptly complete required forms and paperwork documenting inspection and audit functions.
• Assist in the management of the calibration and environmental monitoring programs.
• Audit Product History Records, Sterilization Records, and other documentation to prepare products for release.
• Carry out specialized testing and investigations as assigned to measure and quantify specific quality issues.
• Perform inspections of incoming raw materials per approved procedures.
• Assist in monitoring supplier quality trends and corrective actions.
• Conduct routine audits of the molding and assembly operation per QCPs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to establish corrective actions and assure effectiveness.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent (required).
• Working knowledge of quality assurance and quality control systems (preferred).
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in the medical device industry (preferred).
