The Café Barista creates an experience for guests to enjoy specialty crafted coffee beverages while simultaneously making their day.

- Craft drinks quickly and efficiently.
- Prepare and package meal orders.
- Keep work area neat and clean.
- Accurately handle cash, credit card, and room charge payments.
- Personalize each guest interaction.
- Warmly welcome guests and determine their coffee interests and needs.
- Educate guests on the type of coffee offered.
- Use awareness to anticipate the needs of guests.
- Proactively handle and own any issues that arise.
- Generate revenue by selling guests new types of espresso or coffee beverages.
- Stay up to date with new coffee offerings and trends.
- be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Must be available for early morning shifts starting at 6AM, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Work well and move efficiently in a fast-paced, sometimes crowded environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours).
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping to access supplies, equipment, or clean work areas.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs. (e.g., milk containers, coffee bean bags, or equipment).
- Tolerance for exposure to hot liquids, steam, and cold storage areas.
