The Café Barista creates an experience for guests to enjoy specialty crafted coffee beverages while simultaneously making their day.

• Prepare and package meal orders.
• Keep work area neat and clean.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and room charge payments.
• Personalize each guest interaction.
• Warmly welcome guests and determine their coffee interests and needs.
• Educate guests on the type of coffee offered.
• Use awareness to anticipate the needs of guests.
• Proactively handle and own any issues that arise.
• Generate revenue by selling guests new types of espresso or coffee beverages.
• Stay up to date with new coffee offerings and trends.

• be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Must be available for early morning shifts starting at 6AM, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Work well and move efficiently in a fast-paced, sometimes crowded environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
• Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours).
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping to access supplies, equipment, or clean work areas.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs. (e.g., milk containers, coffee bean bags, or equipment).
• Tolerance for exposure to hot liquids, steam, and cold storage areas.
