Prepare, cook, and assemble concession menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and quality guidelines during games and events.;
Help with pre-event food prep and stand setup (stocking supplies, getting equipment ready).;
Operate grills, fryers, ovens, steamers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.;
Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and held safely until served.;
Clean and maintain cooking equipment and concession areas to meet health and sanitation standards.
