Compass Group - - Responsibilities:
Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.;
Sets up assigned bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice, and related supplies.;
Takes and processes drink orders, mixes cocktails using standard recipes, and practices portion control.;
Checks guest IDs and enforces liquor laws, recognizing signs of intoxication.;
Maintains a clean, organized bar area, including washing stemware and arranging displays.
