Sales Associate

Overview

Mondelez International is seeking a Sales Associate to fulfill merchandising needs of grocery-related customers through stocking shelves, building displays, and partnering with nationally recognized customers (e.g., Walmart, Ralphs, Target). Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s visit method to cover any teammate as needed.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz’s merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representatives' negotiations with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Work with Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

The base salary range for this position is $31,300 to $54,400; exact salary depends on factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program with potential for over achievement based on performance and company results, and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment and to meet defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. This includes moving products from stock rooms and stocking store shelves.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location:
  Biddeford, ME
• Ability to drive to secondary locations:
  Sanford, Wells, Kennebunk, ME
• Full schedule availability required.

Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program. Relocation support is not available.
