Supervise the store crew, directing and following up on activities and communicating with store management;
Assist customers with questions and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture;
Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory including weekly, promotional, and seasonal items;
Execute displays, signage, and inventory; maintain off-shelf merchandise; reset departments following POGs;
Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and adapt to flexible scheduling as needed
