Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a specific zone within the store;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations;
Manage scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise to the sales floor and drive associate productivity and customer service standards;
Supervise zone associates and communicate directives for follow-up; perform Team Leader functions to open/close the store as needed
