Ambassador Services Coordinator

• welcome new ambassadors to the team and make sure they’re ready to hit the ground running on their first day; create name tags and issue employee s, and coordinate participation in new hire orientation.
• communicate and assist with issuance of ambassador perks.
• complete paperwork for loaning additional uniforms to ambassadors.
• receive, sort, and stock new items utilizing our inventory management system.
• support inventory control processes such as cycle counts, end‑of‑month inventory, labeling, etc.
• stock shelves and workstations.
• assist with housekeeping and organization of wardrobe storage areas, workstations, and stockrooms.
• distribute, exchange, and replace ambassador uniforms.
• maintain spreadsheets to track lost uniforms, nametags and .
• use a heat press to apply barcodes and identification labels to uniform inventory.

• one or more years of customer service experience.
• must be at least 18 years old.
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• microsoft office proficiency and the ability to learn new computer systems.
• ability to multi‑task and adapt to changes in a fast‑paced work environment.
• scheduling flexibility.
• state driver’s license preferred.
• ability to stand for the entire shift.
• ability to push/pull at least 35lbs. And lift up to 50lbs.
• comfortable with heights.
