Position

Part‑Time Sales Associate – Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (ILSC) relocating to Fine Wine & Good Spirits Store #0232, Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB).

As a Part‑Time Sales Associate, you will be the face of the store, engaging customers, assisting with sales, and maintaining a welcoming shopping atmosphere.

• Provide exceptional customer service and help shoppers find merchandise.
• Handle sales transactions using a computerized cash register.
• Unload shipments, stock shelves, and set up product displays.
• Receive, assemble, and pack wholesale customer orders for vehicle loading.
• Safely lift products, including overhead or from the floor, weighing 30–60 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Utilize scanners, box cutters, dollies, carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Follow all legal guidelines to ensure alcohol is sold only to qualified customers.
• Work cooperatively in a friendly, team‑oriented environment.

• Location:
  
  McIntyre Square; free onsite parking; nearby food and restaurant options.
• Permanent, part‑time employment; preferred availability 28–32 hours per week.
• Store work hours:
  • Monday–Saturday: 7:00 am – 10:30 pm
  • Sunday: 10:30 am – 7:30 pm
• Flexible shifts (4–8 hours) on a rotating basis, including day and evening hours.
• Minimum of 13 hours per week; opportunity to work up to 32 hours per week.
• Telework is not available.
• Employees may be assigned to other stores as needed; applications are non‑transferable.
• Salary: fixed at the minimum wage for new Commonwealth employees.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must meet Pennsylvania residency requirement.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.

• Pass a background investigation; felony conviction within last ten years disqualifies.
• Other criminal convictions reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
