• Strong leadership, business acumen, and ability to recruit, inspire, and develop talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of building trust and clarity.
• Passion for coaching, mentorship, real‑time coaching, and action‑oriented feedback.
• Client‑centric, growth‑oriented mindset; ability to create personalized client experiences and balance operational needs.

• Location: 543 Wilmington West Chester Pike, Glen Mills, PA.
• Availability: Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand and walk the sales floor, perform duties in a fragrance‑filled environment, and handle applications during the work shift.

The annual base salary range is $66,200.00 – $81,050.00, with potential for bonuses. Eligible for healthcare, 401(k) with 4% match, FSA/HSA, vacation, sick leave, protected leave, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.
