Job Description

The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) guides guests through the Hard Rock merchandise shopping experience, performing responsibilities that include greeting, communicating, entertaining, and selling merchandise.

• Greeting guests and directing them to areas and restrooms.
• Answering questions and calling inquiries accurately and politely.
• Conducting point‑of‑sale transactions, handling cash and maintaining drawer balances.
• Demonstrating product knowledge and determining guests’ needs through one‑on‑one conversations.
• Using suggestive selling techniques to promote related and higher‑quality items.
• Maintaining a clean, organized store and proper product stock levels through inventory pulls.
• Displaying retail products in accordance with visual display standards.
• Performing opening, closing, and side duties such as cleaning glass, polishing brass, sweeping, vacuuming, and folding product.
• Ensuring complete satisfaction of each guest and creating memorable experiences.
