Overview
Full‑Time Sales Team Lead (Liquor Store Clerk 2) – Fine Wine & Good Spirits (FW&GS), Harrisburg, Store #2210. Leads a shift, guides clerks, and supports daily store activities, including customer service, inventory, and cash handling.
Responsibilities- Staff Coordination:
Assign tasks to cover registers, stocking, and service areas. - Customer Service:
Answer questions, resolve concerns, complete sales transactions, and ensure alcohol is sold only to customers legally allowed to purchase it. - Inventory Support:
Check merchandise counts, update data, and restock shelves as needed. - Cash and Reporting:
Prepare daily deposits and complete shift reports for cash, inventory, and accounting. - Store Upkeep:
Lead staff in cleaning, organizing, and keeping the store welcoming and ready for customers. - Teamwork:
Collaborate with the FW&GS management team to create a friendly, team‑oriented environment where everyday challenges and rewards are embraced.
- Full‑time employment.
- Work hours will vary, totaling 75 hours biweekly.
- No telework option.

- Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (or equivalent retail sales experience).
- Six months of retail sales work.
- Must meet Pennsylvania residency requirement.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Must pass a background investigation. A felony conviction within the last ten years is disqualifying; other convictions are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
