Game Stop - 1341 S Main Street - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with video gaming needs, inform guests of promotions, recommend additional items, and apply selling behaviors;
Promote store initiatives and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment to drive guest loyalty;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager and support onboarding/training;
Help ensure payroll and timekeeping are accurate and that breaks/meals are scheduled per guidelines;
Support store operations including inventory control, restocking, and adherence to company policies
