Account Sales Specialist Philadelphia | Full-Time | On-Site $70k - 90k plus commission

Sales & Marketing About the Role Key Responsibilities.

• Prospect and develop new business via cold calling, in-person visits, and targeted outreach.
• Build and manage a book of business, converting accounts into long-term relationships.
• Conduct site evaluation and needs assessment to identify compliance, inspectio,n and service opportunities.
• Present customized fire protection inspection, service, and installation solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close and ongoing account management,
• Manage pipeline and forecast using Salesforce and other sales tools.

• 1-3 Years of industry sales experience selling either Fire Alarm systems or Fire/Sprinkler systems.
• CRM Experience (Salesfore,Zoominfo) a plus.
• Fire Protection of facilities experience helpful but not required - Training in the industry is provided.
• Self-Starter, comfortable in the field, resilient to rejection, and disciplined in follow-up.

• Competitive pay: $70k - 90k plus commissions (uncapped with recurring residual income)
