We are seeking a Corporate Accounts Director to join our Healthcare Sales organization.
The ideal candidate will live within close proximity of a major East Coast airport, as frequent travel is required for this role.
The individual will collaborate in the development and execution of strategies and customer acquisition for new market areas of First Quality Healthcare. Provide strong leadership in providing insights and creating programs to create differentiating value.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely and effectively with internal teams and distributors to achieve company and customer objectives.
- Develop relationships and strategies targeting the home care industry and Medicare Advantage Programs.
- Develop, grow, and maintain an active and robust sales pipeline. Identify potential new Healthcare opportunities by researching and uncovering new potential opportunities.
- Utilize sales reports and data to analyze business to determine customer needs and develop strategic plan.
- As necessary travel to customers to support closing and maintaining accounts.
- Represent company to promote our products and programs at trade shows, conferences, and other association meetings
- Understand the needs and expectations of the customer and provide relevant solutions.
- Responsible for complex sales and account management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of Sales Experience required; healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
Skills/abilities:
- Able to travel overnight approximately.
- Demonstrated sales skills and success in complex sales cycle at a C-Suite level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Teams Presentation and communicating digitally and virtually
- Standard knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Word, PPT and Excel.
- Creative thinking, possess ability to resolve critical problems
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Understanding of Healthcare industry and current with trends.
- Effectively communicate throughout First Quality their customers/territory, trends, and pipeline.
