About the RoleWe are seeking a "Hunter-minded"Regional Manager who thinks like an owner, moves quickly, and thrives on opening new doors. This role is built for someone energized by creatingopportunitywhere none existed before –identifying new markets, winning newcustomersand turning first conversations into long-term partnerships.

As the Regional Manager you will manage and grow a defined region by prospecting new logos, developing early-stageopportunitiesandestablishing UE Systems as a trusted partner in both existing and emerging industries – while serving as the voice of the customer inside the organization.

- Identify, prospect and pursue net-new customers, facilities and industries within your region.
- Lead high-impact discovery conversations, onsite visits and product demonstrations focused on uncovering unmet needs and business value.
- Partner with Marketing, Inside Sales and regional teammates to rapidly convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities and first wins.
- Establish UE Systems presence in emerging or under-penetrated markets through consistent outreach and relationship building.
- Develop initial customer relationship from first engagement through early adoption and proof of value.
- Uncover expansion paths within newly acquired customers.
- Deliver targeted demonstrations and onboarding support to accelerate time to value.
- Bring real-time market intelligence, competitive insights and customer feedback to the organization.
- Identify trends, barriers and emerging needs that influence go-to-market strategy, messaging and product direction.
- Serve as an internal advocate for new industries, applications and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to regional meetings and communities of practice
- Share best practices and help elevate team performance
- Diploma or degree in business, engineering or related field that supports technical discovery and consultative selling.
- 3+ years business development experience.
- Proven track record of capturing new logos/net new leads.
- Experience with CRM Systems (Hubspot is a plus).

Work Location:
Remote - 75% Travel
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (occasional Sunday travel may be required)
Salary Range: $75,000-$120,000 USD (based on experience)
