Classical Academic Press (CAP) is growing — and we’re looking for a team player with a positive, can-do spirit to join our Sales team! CAP is a faith based publisher of award‑winning curricula and educational media designed for classical schools, Christian schools, homeschoolers, and charter schools. With 30+ full‑time employees, CAP continues to grow year over year by delivering creative, high‑quality educational resources.

The Sales Associate role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, can manage multiple tasks with excellence, is willing to go the extra mile for customers, and thrives in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment.

• Support and grow our B2B accounts (schools and distributors)
• Own and execute on the Lead to Sale process for assigned accounts
• Represent CAP at 3–6 conferences each year
• Partner with our Sales & Marketing teams on new initiatives
• Attendance at company‑wide gatherings
• Help expand CAP’s reach in classical education
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• A team‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience (education/publishing a plus)
• Experience in Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, and Account Management
• CRM experience (Hub Spot preferred)
• Familiarity with classical education or homeschooling (preferred)
