- Attend qualified, pre-set appointments with homeowners
- Educate clients on roofing solutions and guide them through the decision-making process
- Present customized proposals and close contracts with confidence and integrity
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve strategies and performance
- Follow up on active deals and coordinate with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain an organized sales process while consistently exceeding monthly goals
- Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and competitor offerings
- Participate in team challenges, bonuses, and incentive programs
- Proven ability to connect with customers and move conversations toward a “yes”
- Sales experience preferred (home improvement or field sales a plus; roofing experience helpful but not required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Coachable and accountable — you take feedback and turn it into results
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
- $25,000 base salary + uncapped commissions (W2 position)
- Average earnings: $90,000–$175,000+
