What You’ll Do
  • Attend qualified, pre-set appointments with homeowners
  • Educate clients on roofing solutions and guide them through the decision-making process
  • Present customized proposals and close contracts with confidence and integrity
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to improve strategies and performance
  • Follow up on active deals and coordinate with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain an organized sales process while consistently exceeding monthly goals
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and competitor offerings
  • Participate in team challenges, bonuses, and incentive programs
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven ability to connect with customers and move conversations toward a “yes”
  • Sales experience preferred (home improvement or field sales a plus; roofing experience helpful but not required)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Coachable and accountable — you take feedback and turn it into results
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
Compensation & Benefits
  • $25,000 base salary + uncapped commissions (W2 position)
  • Average earnings: $90,000–$175,000+
