The company is a leading manufacturer with highly automated production facilities and continued investment across its U.S. operations. Due to ongoing growth and expansion plans, they are looking to expand their Inside Sales and Customer Coordination team.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal departments to manage orders, review inventory and lead times, coordinate production schedules, and organize shipments.

This position would suit someone with experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, scheduling, or sales support who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable using spreadsheets or MS Excel, and is looking for long-term stability and career growth.

• Manage customer orders, inventory, production scheduling, and shipments
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Monday-Friday, day shift position based onsite in Scranton, PA
• Full training provided on systems, processes, and customer accounts

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, logistics, scheduling, or operational support
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with customers
• Basic Excel and spreadsheet skills
