Account Manager, Sales Representative
Position Summary
Account Manager will partner with Account Executives servicing clients, developing strong internal and external relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, membership and revenue for existing customers.
Responsibilities- Develops working relationship with client contacts to ensure renewal of case and retention.
- Executes tactical components of account team's business plan for customer.
- Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on services or complex product issues.
- Collaborates with team members on client installation.
- Must be able to attend open enrollment meetings.
- 2–5 years of Health Insurance industry experience.
- Candidate must reside locally to Pittsburgh and/or Erie.
- Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e‑mail, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Salesforce, AI.
- Strong critical thinking, time management and organizational skills.
- Travel required up to 25% (possible overnight travel).
- Self‑funded insurance experience.
- Stop loss knowledge.
- Active Life and Health License in state of residence.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
CompensationThe typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 – $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
