Job Overview
The Account Executive, Business Team Sales role at T‑Mobile is designed for ambitious, results‑driven sales professionals who are passionate about building customer relationships and bringing T‑Mobile's products and services to underserved markets. This hunter role involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring new accounts with small businesses (1‑9 employees). Success in this position prepares you for advancement to the next level Account Executive, Business Sales.
Job Responsibilities- Generate leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking.
- Sell T‑Mobile products and solutions, tailoring recommendations to customer needs.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management; participate in product training and sales meetings.
- Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
- Use sales force automation to manage the sales funnel and report on activities and forecasts.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- At least 1 year of new‑customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment (preferred).
- Experience in B2B sales (preferred).
Skills and Abilities
- Task management – ability to work well in a fast‑changing environment and multitask (required).
- Customer service – experience delivering superior service and attention to detail (required).
- Communication – excellent interpersonal, written, and oral skills (required).
- Negotiation – effective negotiating and closing skills, including emotional intelligence and problem‑solving (required).

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,700 – $129,500 (inclusive of target incentives).
Base Pay Range: $43,020 – $77,700. Actual compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
