What You'll Do
  • Prospect and develop new business throughout the Long Beach & Carson markets
  • Conduct client visits and discovery meetings
  • Build strategic relationships with manufacturing, transportation, logistics, and distribution companies
  • Create customized staffing solutions that solve workforce challenges
  • Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close new business
  • Consistently meet sales goals and KPIs while growing your territory
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience within the Light Industrial, Commercial, or Transportation Staffing industry
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
