- Develop and execute Account Growth Plans (AGPs) with clear revenue targets, penetration milestones, and whitespace mapping.
- Identify, qualify, and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Hexaware's service lines – including Digital, Cloud, Data & AI, BPS, and Infrastructure services.
- Drive consistent year-on-year revenue growth within the assigned account portfolio.
- Build and sustain multi-threaded relationships across client stakeholder layers – from operational managers to C-suite executives.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer internally, ensuring delivery teams remain aligned to client expectations and satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs / EBRs) to demonstrate value, share roadmaps, and unlock strategic conversations.
- Manage escalations proactively and turn service recovery situations into trust-building moments.
- Protect and improve gross margins across engagements through smart commercial structuring, negotiation, and renegotiation of contracts and SOWs.
- Partner with finance and delivery to track account-level P&L, flag margin risks early, and implement corrective actions.
- Own pricing and commercial governance for new scope within existing accounts.
- Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline in CRM (Salesforce) with regular updates on opportunity stages, deal values, and close timelines.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solutions, and practice teams to build compelling proposals and respond to client requirements.
- Track competitor activity and market trends within accounts to proactively position Hexaware's capabilities.
- Serve as the connective tissue between the client and Hexaware's delivery, legal, finance, and practice teams.
- Partner with the delivery organization to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to internal account strategy reviews and bring structured market intelligence back to the organization.
- 5-10 years of professional experience; prior exposure to IT services, SaaS, or technology sales strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and executive presence – comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand P&L, margins, and deal economics.
- Structured problem‑solving and analytical thinking; ability to translate data into account strategy.
- High degree of ownership, self‑motivation, and a hunter‑turned‑farmer mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Collaborative team player who can influence without authority across a matrixed organization.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Specialization in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, or International Business will be an advantage.
- Work with a global roster of marquee clients across 30+ countries.
- Accelerated career growth trajectory with early ownership of high-value accounts.
- Exposure to cutting-edge technology offerings – AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, and beyond.
- Inclusive, people‑first culture with best‑in‑class learning and development programs.
- Competitive compensation, performance‑linked incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
