You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. Bring agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring service, and integrity to every shift.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Valid Driver's License: Candidates must possess a valid driver's license that complies with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This includes:
• A current and valid license issued by the appropriate authority.
• No significant driving offenses that would disqualify the candidate from operating a vehicle for work purposes.
• The ability to provide a copy of the driver's license upon request during the hiring process.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter theft, unauthorized entry, and other security-related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in accordance with site procedures and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
