Rates starting at $19.00+ per hour based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Role and Responsibilities:
- General repair work orders in commercial office buildings.
- Building inspections.
- May perform grounds/landscaping and snow removal work as needed.
- Light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Work with contractors, property managers and senior management to maintain facilities.
- Customer service.
- Rotating On-Call with on-call bonus!
Requirements
- Prior maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Certifications are a plus!
