Landscape Laborer
Tenure: 30 temporary/full‑time positions with CLS Group Inc., dba Strathmeyer Landscape
Duration: 3/16/2026 — 11/26/2026

• Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.
• Perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, including sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and spreading straw.
• Must lift/carry 50 lbs. when necessary. Saturday work required when necessary.
• On‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Employer pays or reimburses workers in the first workweek for all government‑mandated and visa‑related fees. For non‑local workers, employer reimburses inbound travel costs at the 50% point in the contract.
• Employer guarantees at least three‑fourths of the workdays in each 12‑week period of the contract.
• Employer provides or pays for all necessary tools, supplies and equipment, including uniforms if applicable. Incidental transport between job sites is provided.
• Work location:
  
  255 Zeigler Rd., Dover, PA 17315 and multiple worksites within Adams, Cumberland, Lebanon and York counties.
• Employer will offer 40 hours per week; more may be offered depending on weather and business needs.

• Hourly wage: no less than $18.70; overtime: $28.05.
• Payroll period is weekly; workers are paid by check on Friday.
• Uniform provided at no cost.
• Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law.
• Voluntary deductions may be pre‑authorized in writing.
