Job Summary

Road Mechanic

We are looking for a Road Mechanic/technician who performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and advanced repairs on customer equipment in the safest, most effective way to avoid downtime. The fleet consists primarily of Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, and may include large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance on diverse equipment in remote locations.
• Diagnose and repair diesel, heavy construction, and specialty line equipment.
• Work safely and efficiently at customer sites.
• Maintain accurate repair logs and documentation.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of mechanic experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty lines equipment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (21 years of age & CDL may be required in some locations).
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location.

Role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $21.38 – $29.39 per hour (may vary by position, location, education, training, and experience).
