Job Summary
Installer Trainee responsible for continued growth in quality, customer service, and installation of our products.
Core Duties- Train and learn the proper way to install with a high level of quality.
- Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail.
- Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third‑party locations.
- Maintain a regular reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to comfortably and safely drive high‑end vehicles.
- Excellent eye‑hand coordination and dexterity.
- Good listening and following instructions.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
- Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees.
