Job Overview

Turbo Technicians, LLC., a Smart Care company, is seeking an experienced Technician to service Rapid Cook technology and a variety of commercial restaurant equipment in Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the company’s rapid response service model.

• React to 24‑hour service calls for equipment troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and resolution.
• Perform installation, removal, and preventive maintenance of commercial restaurant equipment.
• Schedule and order necessary repair parts, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Complete work orders, maintain documentation, and report status to dispatch, management, warehouse, and team members.
• Maintain professional appearance and keep service vehicle clean.
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer issues.

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for technical equipment.
• Knowledge of basic electrical concepts (ampere, voltage, resistance) and ability to use a multimeter.
• Experience reading and interpreting equipment schematics.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Flexible to work shifts as required.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
