Property Maintenance Technician (Regular Full Time)

Mericle Construction, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain and support our portfolio of commercial properties. In this role, you'll perform a wide range of skilled and semi-skilled tasks related to the upkeep of industrial and commercial buildings and equipment. Responsibilities include routine preventive maintenance and repair work, often carried out independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities- Electrical: changing ballasts and bulbs, changing outlets and fixtures
- Plumbing:
Sloan valves, drainage issues, sinks and minor plumbing repairs - Carpentry: drywall patching and painting
- General building maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional, adaptable, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities
