Description Position Overview
RV Value Mart is seeking motivated individuals to join our RV Technician Apprentice Program. This entry‑level opportunity is designed for high school seniors, recent graduates, CTC students, and anyone who is interested in building a long‑term career in the RV industry.
No prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Apprentices will receive hands‑on training, industry certifications, and all tools needed to succeed from day one.
What You’ll Do- Assist experienced RV Technicians with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
- Learn to service electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance systems in RVs
- Perform routine maintenance and pre‑delivery inspections
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
- Paid, hands‑on training – no experience required
- Tools provided on Day 1
- Paid industry certifications
- Clear career path to become a Certified RV Technician
- Full‑time employment with competitive pay
- Part‑time employment for students through Co‑Op with your school
