• Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and rollers
• Perform grading, cut and fill, and site preparation
• Execute trenching and excavation for utilities and sitework
• Read and follow blueprints and daily work plans
• Work safely in active job sites
• Coordinate with crew members on-site
• Inspect and maintain equipment
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards
• Travel to and work on commercial construction projects throughout the greater Philadelphia area while reporting to the Aston, PA home base

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience
• Experience with excavation, grading, or sitework
• Ability to read blueprints and site layouts
• Strong understanding of job site safety
• OSHA 10 preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Aston, PA, and surrounding job sites
