This is an entry-level position, but we're not necessarily looking for someone with HVAC experience. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to take initiative. The right person is a self-starter who enjoys learning, stays busy without being asked, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
What You'll Do- Perform preventative maintenance and basic service tasks on heating and cooling systems.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
- Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork.
- Keep your vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently and stay productive.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems and think critically.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
