Overview

Ener Star Solutions is hiring a Field Service Supervisor in Trout Run, PA to lead field operations, manage crews, and ensure safe, efficient job site execution across worksite services including housing, logistics, and communications.

• Lead daily field operations and supervise technicians across active job sites
• Ensure safety compliance, DOT adherence, and proper PPE usage
• Interface directly with clients to maintain service quality and satisfaction
• Support installations, maintenance, and field logistics as needed
• Partner with District Manager to drive productivity and operational success
• Verify job tickets, reporting, and field documentation

• 2+ years field or oilfield service experience
• Experience leading crews or acting as a lead technician
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Clean driving record

• Travel required based on job site needs
• Outdoor field environment, physically demanding role
