Service Apprentice Technician

Rite‑Hite Service Technicians install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact. As an apprentice, you will spend the majority of your time working closely with a senior Technician, learning our products and our customers and developing the skills needed to work on your own.

• Entry‑level with prior mechanical or electrical experience helpful.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Capability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100pounds.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle – a clean driving record, pre‑employment drug test, and DOT physical are required.
