- Ensures reliable operation of mail processing equipment through troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Resolves hardware, software, and system issues to minimize customer downtime and operational disruptions.
- Supports installation, configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance of mail processing systems and equipment.
- Partners with customers and cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective technical solutions.
- Maintains accurate service documentation, maintenance records, and compliance-related reporting.
- Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across all service activities.
- Support on-call and emergency response activities to restore equipment functionality and minimize operational disruptions.
- 2-5 years of experience in technical support or maintenance on automated electromechanical equipment, preferably in the mail or logistics industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Required
Certifications:
CompTIA A+ or equivalent hardware support certification. - Electromechanical Technician Certification or equivalent (e.g., ETA, IPC)
- OSHA 10/30 Certification for safety compliance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain customer-required clearances, site certifications and training.
Demonstrates expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of automated electromechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Proficient in service documentation and customer support to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
