We are looking for a skilled technician to maintain and repair equipment in a distribution center, working a 2B shift (Tuesday through Friday, 5:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.).
OverviewShift: 2B (Tuesday–Friday, 5:30 p.m.–3:30 a.m.)
Rate: $29.55 / hr. + $1 / hr. shift differential.
- Adhere to all safety requirements including OSHA standards with regards to LOTO and safe work practices.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all equipment related to the facility and conveyance systems within the facility. Follow PM standards and document work performed for accurate record keeping in our asset management system.
- Manage spare parts inventory: accurately report inventory levels and daily parts usage to Maintenance leadership.
- Assist in teammate development by training junior technicians to elevate their performance level while troubleshooting and repairing related assets.
- Work closely with outside vendors to complete projects within the DCs in a safe and timely manner.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the DC and its operational needs.
- Associate’s Degree—2‑year vocational technical certificate or degree, preferably in a mechanical or electrical application.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Experience with welding, cutting, and burning.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes and PLC controls.
- Familiarity with DC‑specific specialized software packages (e.g., Crown PM, Gage) and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, and building‑type drawings/schematics.
- Good safety awareness.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience with LOTO.
Targeted pay range: $29.55 – $42.90 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job.
