Perform routine equipment room checks and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems;

Inspect electrical, plumbing and air conditioning systems and air handling equipment; lubricate rotating equipment and change filters;
Initiate facilities work orders and document activities in daily summaries;
Provide first response to maintenance issues to support patient safety and hospital operations
