* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

** The following is a list of minimum responsibilities related to the Electronic Technician Level 1 position. Other duties may also be assigned.
* Efficiently respond to line calls and conduct PMs on a regular basis.
* Always maintains safe work practices.
* Must be competent in troubleshooting all equipment on site with the use of electrical schematics and blueprints.
* Evaluate equipment malfunctions with a sense of urgency to minimize downtime.
* Must be able to maintain a log/work sheet of equipment repairs and problems.
* Must be competent in the use of all plant electrical test equipment.
* Must be able to set up line equipment and vision systems in accordance with a Master Production Record.
* Able to follow and understand production procedures, good documentation practices, and Work instructions.
* Setup, maintain and troubleshoot Cognex Vision Systems.
* Setup, maintain and troubleshoot Systech Serialization Systems.
* Install or assist in the installation of new equipment, including proper layout and alignment.
* Must assist all other maintenance personnel in the event of a major plant breakdown.
* Must be able to work overtime on weekends.

* QUALIFICATIONS:

* SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Direct reports if any and the level of supervision.
** PREFERRED / REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE:

*** An Associate’s Degree in Electronics.
* Experience with PLC programs.
* Experience with Vision inspection systems and control circuits.
* Strong troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with Robotics and programming is a plus.
* Knowledge of National Electrical Code.
* Experience adhering to CGMP regulations.
* Have good communication skills oral and written.
