Program Supervisor – Adult Services

This role is part of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. The Program Supervisor will manage staff, oversee daily operations of residential facilities located in Eagleville and Collegeville, PA, and ensure that services meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health and safety standards in accordance with Devereux policies and regulatory requirements.

Compensation: $24.00 per hour.

Work schedule:

24 hours per week with flexible shifts.

• Supervise direct support professionals and staff.
• Direct daily operations of assigned residential facilities.
• Ensure quality services that meet therapeutic and safety needs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, policy and procedural adherence.
• Provide training and mentoring to staff.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services‑related field.
• Three (3) years of human services experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, empathetic and team‑oriented.
• Knowledge of behavior management and positive reinforcement theories.
• Physical ability: significant walking, standing, lifting up to 75–100 lbs.
• Must complete eight days of new‑hire orientation.
