The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks a Juvenile Justice Specialist Supervisor for the Southeast Youth Development Center (SYDC). You will supervise staff, maintain safe, orderly living areas, and support structured daily routines to help youth move toward positive change.
You will guide hygiene, recreation, work tasks and treatment activities, document behaviors, coach staff, ensure policy compliance, and plan schedules to maintain smooth daily operations.
